Una mujer fantástica sumó un nuevo galardón: la cinta de Sebastián Lelio se quedó con el premio Goya a Mejor Película Iberoamericana.
La producción dirigida por Sebastián Lelio y protagonizada por Daniela Vega se impuso a Zama de Lucrecia Martel, a la colombiana Amazona de Clare Weiskopf y a la mexicana Tempestad de Tatiana Huezo.
La película es la cuarta chilena en quedarse con el galardón, tras La Frontera (Ricardo Larraín, 1990), La buena vida (Andrés Wood, 2008) y La vida de los peces (Matías Bize, 2010).
"Somos chilenos, nos gusta actuar en manada", dijo Sebastián Lelio al recibir el galardón en la ceremonia de este sábado, junto a buena parte del staff del equipo. Lelio dedicó el filme a su mujer, familia y a la "generación de creadores" del cine chileno.
"Rebeldía, resistencia, amor", fueron las tres palabras que dijo la protagonista Daniela Vega.
