Hijo de David Bowie lanzará club de lectores en su honor

El director Duncan Jones lanzará el "David Bowie Book Club" para conmemorar la pasión de su padre por la lectura.

"Mi papá era una bestia lectora", escribió Jones en Twitter. "He sentido una constante sensación de deber de ir por la misma maratón literaria en tributo a mi padre".

El club incluirá los 100 libros favoritos de Bowie, los cuales incluyern trabajos desde 1945 (Black Boy de Richard Wright) hasta el 2008 (The Age of American Unreason de Susan Jacoby).

Para dar inicio a esta iniciativa, Jones escogió la novela de Peter Aykroyd de 1985 Hawksmoor. Según el hijo del Duque Blanco, el libro es uno de los "verdaderos amores" de Bowie. Para quienes deseen participar en este grupo, deberán leer la obra de Aykroyd para el 1 de febrero.
