Pet Shop Boys anunció la reedición de buena parte de su catálogo con una nueva serie de lanzamientos, Catalogue: 1985 - 2012.
En su sitio web, el dúo de "New York City Boy" reveló que relanzará todos sus trabajos publicados junto al sello Parlophone, los que serán remasterizados y acompañados por Further Listenings, que contendrán lados B, rarezas, remixes y temas nunca antes lanzados, como una colaboración con Elton John. Cada álbum será editado en compacto, vinilo y también en formato digital, contendrá anotaciones de Neil Tennant y Chris Lowe y fotos de la banda.
Según indica un comunicado de prensa, los primeros tres álbumes de Catalogue verán la luz el próximo 28 de julio y serán Nightlife/Further listening: 1996-2000, Release/Further listening: 2001-2004 y Fundamental/Further listening: 2005-2007. En tanto, las reediciones de Please, Actually, Introspective, Behaviour, Very y Bilingual serán estrenadas en 2018.
